Your First Visit to Our Tazewell Practice

Consultation

Chiropractic paperwork.We will review your personal history form which you will fill out upon entering the office. Discussion will be focused on your presenting objectives and health goals. We will then explain what we do and you what you may expect if you choose chiropractic care in our office. There is no charge for the consultation and the atmosphere is private and relaxed. We are here to serve you!

Evaluation

A chiropractic evaluation focuses on the nerve system and the spine which protects it. Your evaluation is focused on your nerve system and its protective spinal structures regardless of your symptoms. X-rays will be recommended if your history and the exam suggest they are necessary. If you have had recent x-rays or other studies please bring them with you, we never duplicate studies. Once the evaluation is completed you will be scheduled for the second visit.
